Containment Pad Build

Containment Pad Build – Industrial Facility Infrastructure Upgrade

In 2025, CTIS was contracted to complete a 5,000-square-foot containment pad construction inside an active industrial facility in Pennsylvania. This critical infrastructure project was designed to enhance onsite environmental safety and spill management capabilities while maintaining uninterrupted facility operations.

The scope of work included the removal of existing site debris, capping and rerouting utility lines, and installing new piping connections to an active oil-water separator system. CTIS then managed the placement, pouring, and finishing of 125 cubic yards of reinforced concrete, ensuring a durable, compliant, and operationally efficient containment structure built to withstand long-term industrial use.

This project demonstrates CTIS’s expertise in industrial construction, environmental compliance, and facility upgrades. Our team’s ability to work seamlessly within active sites highlights our commitment to safety, precision, and client satisfaction across every phase of construction.
