Camp PARC (People Always Responding with Compassion) is a volunteer-driven nonprofit based in central-western Pennsylvania that creates inclusive, community-building experiences. Through overnight summer camps and year-round recreational programs, Camp PARC brings together children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their neurotypical peers, fostering connection, growth, and compassion for all participants.

Marley’s Mission is a nonprofit organization providing equine-assisted therapy, free of charge, to children and families who have endured trauma. Through Gene’s ongoing leadership and annual sponsorships from both Contractor Transport and CT Industrial Services, we proudly contribute to meaningful community support, ensuring compassionate therapeutic programs continue making a positive impact throughout the region.

We have sponsored these events since our inception in January 2024 and continue to support them year over year. This event has been wonderful for helping young professionals pursue their education for a future career in the environmental space. Each year, over $40,000 is raised from this event alone for scholarship offerings.

Each year, NJSWEP hosts a variety of events including their annual Gala, where scholarships are awarded to women pursuing environmental education. Christmas Toy Drive - December 2024
The CTIS team came together and worked with the local community to sponsor 53 kids amongst 23 households for Christmas in 2024. Our team coordinated gift collections, organized donations, and ensured every child received something special during the holiday season. We are deeply committed to making lasting impacts in our communities through efforts like these, year in and year out. Supporting local families during the holidays reflects our core values of compassion, generosity, and meaningful community engagement.
Hurricane Helene Donation Drive - October 2024
Hurricane Helene devastated much of the South Atlantic region of the United States. Between our companies CT Industrial Services and Contractor Transport, we knew we had to help. It took all hands on deck as we reached out to local municipalities, school districts, fire departments, and business plazas to designate drop-off points. We filled two 26-ft box trucks and shuttled supplies down to Banner Elk, North Carolina. On-site, Samaritan’s Purse volunteers helped unload and distribute everything to those in need.
Jefferson Township Bike Rodeo and Community Day - August 2024
CTIS was a proud sponsor of the 2024 Jefferson Township Bike Rodeo and Community Day. This event benefits the local Jefferson Township Police Department and we were thrilled to support it. Our team members, Matt Seymour and Mariah Wheeler, set up a booth where kids hunted for coins in a corn kernel-filled sandbox. The kids cashed in their tokens for some sweet CTIS swag and learned more about heavy equipment. It was a fantastic day of community fun!
