Vault Replacement & HDPE System Upgrade – Superfund Site Remediation

CTIS was engaged to perform critical vault replacement and HDPE pipeline upgrades at a designated Superfund site on a former manufacturing property in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. This environmental remediation project focused on enhancing long-term system performance and regulatory compliance.

The project scope included the demolition and replacement of aging concrete vaults and the upgrade of over 500 linear feet of HDPE piping—from 1” and 1.5” lines to 2” HDPE—to improve flow capacity and overall system reliability.
