John Williams
President
John Williams is the president of CTIS, bringing with him extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of operational excellence.
Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Williams served as the Regional Division Manager of a prominent oilfield service company, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. His expertise spans operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership, making him a key driver of growth and innovation.
Outside of his professional career, Mr. Williams is dedicated to his family, enjoying time with his wife and four children. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time hunting, fishing, and deep-sea fishing. He is also passionate about youth sports, coaching both of his daughters' travel softball teams.
Lew Cessna
Chief Operating Officer
Lew Cessna began his career with CT Industrial Services in 2024. In this position, Mr. Cessna oversees the operations of the organization
with a focus on delivering excellent service quality in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound fashion while maximizing profitability for the company and providing customers with a fair market price.
Mr. Cessna has spent the entirety of his professional career in the Oil and Gas sector. Mr. Cessna obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Sciences from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and started his career with a small service company in 2004. He thrived in the challenging environment of a growing company and evolved with the organization transitioning from various HSE roles to Operational Management.
Mr. Cessna successfully held multiple Operational Management roles starting as a Field Manager, being promoted to District Manager, followed by another promotion to Regional Manager within the same organization.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, spending time in the PA outdoors hunting, and enjoys automotive performance activities.
Matt Seymour
VP of Operations
Matt Seymour joined CT Industrial Services, LLC as the Vice President of Operations in 2024. In his role, Matt oversees all day-to-day operations including
estimating, project planning, execution and contract closure. Mr. Seymour started his environmental career as a technician in 2006 at a Northeast PA based environmental remediation firm before joining Clean Harbors Environmental Services in 2013. Mr. Seymour was employed by Clean Harbors National Remediation team for over 10 years and focused on completing treatment system installations, landfill cell and cap construction projects, soil and water remediation projects, decontamination and demolition projects, and other specialized fields while keeping health and safety as a top priority at all times. Mr. Seymour joined Clean Harbors as an equipment operator but also held the positions of Field Supervisor, Project Manager, Sr Project Manager and General Manager Assistant during his employment with Clean Harbors.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, foraging for wild mushrooms and is an avid hunter.
Jessica Rogers
VP of Finance
Jessica Rogers is the Vice President of Finance for CT Industrial Services. She oversees the Finance/Accounting, HR and IT functions.In her role,she is responsible
for leading a talented team focused on day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls, financial planning and analysis, treasury, audit and investor relations, employee retention, payroll, benefits, systems and security.
Jessica brings over 20 years of progressive experience from 180s, ZeroChroma, EMG and Bureau Veritas where she has successfully developed and implemented strategic initiatives to achieve financial results, built high performing teams both in office and remote environments, supported multiple mergers and acquisitions through due diligence to integration, championed system migrations and lead collaborative process improvement initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola College.
In her free time, she enjoys cheering for her daughters during indoor and outdoor volleyball season, kayaking and fishing with her family, and pausing for beautiful sunsets.
Michael Dahlgren
Operations Manager
Michael Dahlgren began his career with CTIS in 2024. As Operations Manager, he supports the Vice President, Project Superintendents, and Project Managers by providing
leadership and direction to CTIS crews working in the field,maintaining scheduled deadlines, staying within or below budget demands, and placing a major focus on ensuring a safety-first environment exists at all times.Mr. Dahlgren has spent over 20 years in the environmental field across various job settings. He graduated from Honesdale High School in 1999 and has since gained a plethora of essential skills and training to take on a lead role as Operations Manager. Some of his certifications include, but are not limited to: Licensed Supervisor with the New York City Department of Buildings (NYCDOB), 29 CFR 1910. Prior to Mr. Dahlgren's promotion, he was a Project Superintendent for over 10 years and a highly skilled operator. Regardless of Mr. Dahlgren's title, he is always willing to jump in the trenches with the crews to ensure projects are completed the right way and on time. He's known to tell people, "I wouldn't ask you to do something I'm not willing to do!"
Outside of work, Mr. Dahlgren spends his time with his family and his two dogs. He's pretty much running from one sporting event to another, but when he isn't, he loves taking his son golfing.
Nate Williams
Director of Sales
Nate Williams is the Director of Sales & Marketing for CT Industrial Services. His commitment to integrity and execution amongst all things CTIS helps drive
the company’s growth. His main focus is nurturing existing relationships and prospecting new opportunities as well.
Nate is a Penn State - University Park graduate drawing from over 5 years of dynamic leadership and outside sales expertise gained at the Cintas Corporation. Nate brings a wealth of experience to his role. At Cintas, he honed his skills in team leadership, surpassing sales targets, and assisting in successful acquisitions. His multifaceted background includes extensive immersion in various departments of the rental division, such as Production, Service, Administration, and Sales. Additionally, Nate holds the distinction of being a Pennsylvania Certified Firefighter, reflecting his dedication to service and safety.
In his free time, Nate loves to spend time with his family and friends on the golf course, at the beach, or in the PA state forest hunting birds and big game.
Daniel Grider
Sr. Project Manager
Daniel Grider has significant project management experience and has managed environmental lead remediation projects from planning through completion phases.
Mr. Grider has experience in overseeing inspections, complying with applicable local and state regulations, supervising project teams composed of subcontractors and craft labor, prioritizing multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines under extreme pressure, and fixed budgets and timelines.
He has 6 years of experience in the Environmental field as a Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. He has led a multitude of large projects with a budget of $3M to $12M. His experience include managing crews of 50+ people on projects that focused on lead remediation, tank removal, and ESCP Systems.
Mr. Grider is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish. He is also 40-hour HAZWOPER certified,10 Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health, and has Project Management Professional (PMP).
Mariah Wheeler
Operations Support Manager
Mariah Wheeler began her career with CT Industrial Services in 2024. In her capacity, she oversees the integral operations of CTIS ensuring its seamless functioning and top-tier performance on a daily
basis. Mariah diligently orchestrates behind-the-scenes activities, facilitating efficient resource allocation, timely project execution, and the maintenance of the company's reputation for excellence within the industry.
With over 25 years of expertise in project management, coordination, and controls, Mariah brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her proficiency extends to construction billings, cost tracking methodologies such as sequential costing, comprehensive job cost analysis, and meticulous contract administration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilkes University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 cats, family, friends and watching her favorite reality tv shows.
Gene Talerico
General Counsel
Gene Talerico, Esq., is General Counsel for CT Industrial Services, LLC. Since the Spring of 2016 he has developed expertise as corporate counsel for several businesses including fluid transportation,
construction and remediation. Gene is also the owner of the Law Offices of Gene Talerico, Esq., LLC, based in Old Forge, PA, but also holds the unique distinction of being the First Assistant District Attorney for the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office for an impressive 16 years until March 2016.
In addition, Mr. Talerico collaborates closely with Comerford Law, Scranton, PA. as an Of Counsel member of Comerford Law’s extended legal team. A proud alum of the University of Scranton, Gene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science/History (1989).
Community Involvement and Awards: Gene’s commitment to community service is extensive. He has been a President of Marley’s Mission, Inc., a non-profit providing equine-assisted psychotherapy to traumatized children. His dedication has earned him accolades such as the “Volunteer of the Year” for the Eastern Region of the United States and the Child Advocate Award from the Children’s Advocacy Center of NEPA.
His vast experience in the legal field is further enriched by his contributions as a published author and involvement in multiple committees and organizations.
